Dave,

I am positioning in USPIX for a few reasons:

1) Bullish sentiment among advisors is at extremely high levels

2) Bond rates are very high

3) Mutual Fund inflows are seen to be peaking here

4) NDX is nearing its previous record intraday high, so the risk of this position is limited, in that I will probably close it if the previous NDX high is taken out on a closing basis. On the other hand, if NDX does not take out the high, I would see that as a sign that the top is in and there would be a potentially good reward in that NDX is way above support.

This strategy is not consistent with the current P&F indicators, which remain bullish, but I too read Tom Dorsey's remarks and found them to be interesting.

I figured I would post my play here as now I am on record. If I am wrong, it won't be the first time, and probably not the last time.

Be well,

David
