Am thinking more than a few are becoming more selective in their investment decisions, based on their own DD and the stocks trading level, instead of solely relying on the charged emotions of trading. At least, the non-reporters are being weeded out gradually. That should bear well for the "penny" market, in general. There's even a few that have been re-instated and increased value.
