I'll admit that a stock can go down and that at some time there will be profit taking or even a reversal. I'll also admit that there were some real goofs in management IN THE PAST.

Now shorts answer me on this --

How smart (not lucky) are you to short something if ANY of these scenarios play out?

1) What do you think the price of XYBR will be if there is a connection to the Transmeta? My guess is 35-40.

2)What do you think the price of XYBR will be if they detail the next step in their "arrangement" with IBM? My guess is 35-40.

3)What do you think the price of XYBR will be if they announce another major order? My guess is 25-30.

4)What do you think the price of XYBR will be if shorties' shares start disappearing, called in and covered involuntarily? My guess is 25-30.

Not a stock you want to short.
