AHIC, spoke to the company yesterday. We could have news any day now. They are awaiting for the other party to sign off on some documents.

Once that is done, the company will be debt free and profitable.

AHIC, is a no brainer.

yesterday when the news came out!
This is one of several prs (the rest obviously rumoured) from the company, and from what I hear not the biggest!! BMKS showing solid business moves that are already paving the way to their success! They do seem to be in all the right businesses! Volume is good and selling should, repeat should dry up!!

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandmakers, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BMKS - news), has acquired a new media firm, Splash Media, Inc. and merged the company with its digital arts division, Washburn Studios.

A startup company in business since 1998, Splash Media (www.splashmediainc.com ) offers Brandmakers (www.brandmakers.com ) an in-house opportunity to market and promote the company and its four divisions, expand the services of Washburn Studios and provide increased revenue through new media delivery. Geoff Williams, Brandmakers CEO states, ''Putting together an award winning team to promote our company is critical to our growth. Splash with Washburn will strategically position us in our key markets.''

Washburn Studios, Brandmakers digital arts division, will blend its services with Splash Media creating Splash Studios. Tim Washburn of Washburn Studios will be named Creative Director. Splash brings an extensive 200 plus client list with award winning video and multimedia projects to Brandmakers' Washburn Studios. Video production services for the NFL Super Bowl XXXIV, as well as recipient of The Communicator Award of Distinction for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation ''Con Man'' video, gives Splash a leading edge entering 2000. Washburn Studios with Lang & Associates just wrapped its NASCAR project. Tim Washburn was chosen to design and illustrate NASCAR's Terry Labonte's car, uniform and product line. The Washburn design includes Kellogg's as car sponsor replacing a 14 year-old design. The car is scheduled to debut in January, 2000.
