Dan, my memory is that there was an analyst meeting last year in either very late December or early January.

During that analyst meeting Dell gave guidance how the quarter was going so there wasn't as much of a mystery.

The analyst meeting this year is in February right before earnings during the quiet period. Dell should be able to give guidance on the upcoming quarter and year but no specifics on the business in this quarter.
