Thanks for your comments. Regarding the share buyback, KSWS traded in a range of 31 1/2 to 10 13/16 last quarter. Given that range, I don't think an average price of 16.71 is worrisome. Another perspective is that management thinks that their stock is undervalued even at 16.71. I don't know how much they bought in the 11 to 13 range, but it must have been enough to lower their average cost to 16.71 if they bought some between 22 to 24, which is also likely. I can try to call the CFO to see if he will shed some light on this, but I suspect that he won't get very specific. Like us, they probably bought stock little by little on the way down, and given the wide range last quarter, I don't think the 16.7 average is unreasonable. Just another viewpoint.
