Well, I checked out the company and as usual where they fit in the world of co-opitition isn't crystal clear to me, but the company has a very impressive list of clients that ISLD will have to take advantage of. Any guesses how they will divide the cash/stock transaction....This is a very strong company, but not exactly cash rich....If they had to fork over much cash, this could back fire on them. My money is still betting that they were smart about this and didn't pay any more than a couple of mil in cash Anyone else have any comments?
