My guess is we can give the 14 yr olds in Pakastan a raise from $2 a day to $4 a day and it won't really change what Wal*mart pays for underpants and jeans.

My brother imports hand made goods from Bali (He went there when Asia melted and started his small import business - very nice hand made artwork, still just doing on Weekends at craft fairs as he grows the business with a partner). I think the prices he pays has more than doubled for the goods and it is still dwarfed by the cost of a shipping container.
