Rambus is of Qualcom caliber...

if in fact DDR is a patent infringment, which from a layman's view it is (conspiquiouly so). Then, rambus owns the whole next generation of memory technology instead of just 2/3rds of it. The hitachi laws suit is revealing.

As far as a temporary pullback in stock price. It makes absolutly no difference if you average in. Statisics, eg, real science, has proven without exception, that averaging yields a much higher return than guess work.
