I know, mtnlady, I was just pointing out my LTB&H methods and trying to direct attention away from the shorter duration.

Good to see have yet another experienced CRM thread member. Why didn't all of us that live or lived in the Bay Area buy shares of Remedy?

Seeing that you've been a CRM insider, I'm curious if you agree with me that it is still a tad too early to proclaim Siebel the Gorilla. In other words, is it not possible for one of the ERP vendors to become the Gorilla in the CRM space?
