credit demand is heating up globally....this is putting a strain on rates everywhere. even in deflation-plagued Japan, the government's plan to issue almost 400 billion dollars in new bonds this year will pressure rates.

this breakout of ST rates may btw. presage a complete yield curve inversion. if so, say adios to the bubble...
