Bosco, Since we are on the subject of network services, I should add that Nortel's network management software allows for the provision of various broadband services - eg - the ability of the carrier to provision fiber optic services to the enterprise sector.

BTW, what ever happened to Qtera? Has it closed or did that law suit interrupt the deal?
