Don,

I believe it depends where the lawsuit was filed. Hitachi would have to respond to a lawsuit filed in the U.S. under deadlines of the local jurisdiction. Non-compliance could cause injunctions to be put in place, along with other fines, which would have an effect on their ability to ship to the U.S., a fairly major market.

Why do you think the Japanese aspect has any impact here?
