Would think that we are too early into the expansion cycle to be playing that game! This area is exploding and increasing at a rate of 50-80% (depending on whose #s you trust)but still falling behind the rate of expansion of bandwidth...IMO, demand at this point will prevent any immediate need to slow the pace in conjunction with pleasing the street! Probably a moot point! Speed, reliability and cost seem the crucial variables for the near term as the net continues to expand!
