buying them?


Something like on the order of '80 rates. -g- And I'm serious, although that is not the stand I would take with my 60 odd year old parents with shorter term bonds. The last time I owned bonds was when they were way up in the 8 area and I was looking for cap gains in the principal as rates fell. I don't think it is time to buy 'em, yet.

I would assume this is a compilation of the major markets (NYSE, AMEX, NASD). At around 3000 currently, 34% of stocks are above 200dma, and falling.
