I believe that Jeff was referring to an item in the civil docket that you posted. I haven't been able to find any information on Mr. Reeds appeal of his criminal conviction. The Weiss/Yourman amended complaint stated that his conviction was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on January 27, 1997. I found some sites that I felt sure would have the information, but couldn't find anything pertaining to Mr. Reed. law.emory.edu ca11.uscourts.gov th
