It must be the fact that they are only on the TSE. I mean look at WWW, IW, MTP etc.

It seems that funding these incubators is a growing trend indeed. However, I think you're exact of the need to change exchanges. JDX needs the speculated financing and the move to southern eyes. "Lining up the ducks" must be in the works. The share price is very important to the company if they intend to refinance and advance appropriately.
