re:If intel is a hedefund is it prudent to pay $50.00 for a bucks worth of capital
gains, Intel's current pe range? Most investors pay a buck for a bucks worth of gains in their mutual fund.

Greg, ever hear of the word 'synergy'? Any 'profits' obtained from selling investments are used to grow the core business. More importantly, the success of these investments indicates that Intel has chosen the right technology strategy. This cycle feeds on itself...so you can think this as 'synergy-squared'! This ain't no hedgefund. Most anal-ysts have no clue what this means..yet...so I suggest you buy some Intel at these levels before they catch on.
