Anyone that has followed QCOM over the last year and has bought and sold short based on stocastics has done well. Once again it is close to a buy area. Be patient and buy below $38. Additionally, should have positive news this fall on success of CDMA. That along with owning a portion of NEXTWAVE IPO should move the stock back over $48 once again.

I look for increasing volume, with an eye on volume exceeding the 30-day average

most important now is that volume is picking up while the price is rising
I like the fact that it aint reversing after advancing this morning

you should bear in mind that volume is wicked puney compared to past weeks
volume is larger, but still not very large
divide by four and you got a lousy 3 million shares today presplit

things appear to be building though
let's see if volume rises again with another price rise tomorrow

if volume doesnt come in or continue, then it will tend to pull back
