Mark, I like this stock. I got pre-ipo shares and bought some more in the after market. We'll see.

DENVER, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q), the broadband Internet communications company, today announced that it has finalized an agreement worth approximately $14 million with Allied Riser Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCC). Under terms of the agreement, Qwest will provide ARC its portfolio of broadband Internet solutions which ARC will sell directly to business customers located in commercial office buildings in major markets across the United States.

ARC, a leading provider of broadband data, video and voice communications services, will now offer its business customers a full suite of Qwest Internet solutions including high-speed dedicated Internet access, private line services and collocation. In addition, ARC's membership in the Qwest Business Partner Program (QBPP) will allow ARC to provide its customers with long distance, Web and application hosting and other complementary services through Qwest's unmatched Application Service Provider (ASP) offerings that incorporate relationships with industry leaders including Microsoft, Hewlett- Packard and Cisco Systems.

"Our agreement represents the first true opportunity for Qwest and a member of its Business Partner Program to offer cutting-edge broadband Internet solutions to small and medium-sized business customers over a world- class network," said Roger Attick, Qwest's senior vice president of alternate channel markets. "Qwest and ARC have initiated a new partnering model that meets customers growing demand for bandwidth, while delivering industry- leading solutions in a timely and secure manner that ultimately will drive increased revenues and lower their operating costs."

Dallas-based ARC currently offers customers in 22 major metropolitan areas an unmatched Internet services infrastructure, featuring ARC OpticNet(TM) ultra high-speed Internet access, business-oriented television for display on computer desktops, enhanced conference calling services and other broadband data solutions. ARC delivers these services over fiber optic networks that it designs, constructs, owns and operates inside office buildings, leaving customers with no need to purchase equipment, no long-term contracts and exceptionally fast provisioning.

With its membership in the QBPP, ARC will gain access to solutions including Microsoft Windows 2000-based on-line office applications, electronic commerce packages, advanced business video communications, video on demand services, and real time media distribution. As a single-source, Internet solutions provider, Qwest will deliver these solutions on a range of platforms over its high-speed fiber-optic network, while leveraging Qwest's high-end CyberCenters which incorporate Hewlett-Packard's server and storage solutions and Cisco Systems' networking router offerings.

I totally agree with that. Initiated a position today betwee
206 and 210. These guys had to merge with ETEK so they
could keep up with the demand. The other one I would add on
weakness is QCOM. The biotechs look explosive. I have a feeling tha CRA is going to take out its old high soon.
Whats your take on CEGE , GERN and BVSN?
