technically yes...but we should view each stock on their own merits...

there are exterior influences on some stocks..like splits, and those that have pulled back...others that are in a class by themselves, what i call the MO-MO stocks...

but generally i'd be very careful here playing catch the top....i used to do that a lot...a rarely play breakouts anymore...and especially at these levels..

i'd rather buy the great pullback stocks because you get an opportunity to set your stops on that nice 3 boxer up...

knockdown stocks are the best...buyem' when everybody dumps them, and sell it back when they decide they made a boo-boo<VBG>...

I sold my JDSU options today because of the resistance at 210.

Remember a sector can stay at high levels for quite a long time before reversing down. But, you should always watch stocks in that sector for signs of their breaking down especially if you own them. 90% is very very very high.
