I think they will formally announce the DSP program for AV IPO first or second week of February with the cutoff date being in the third or fourth week...

Why don't you all look at PFCK, it is CMGI 5 years ago. They have IPO'ed 1 company and are going to IPO another this spring. They are saying in there PR that they should bring in another company per quarter. They are giving sharholder of PFCK shares in all new companies that are brought to market though there company DOT.COM holdings.

Look at there PR and Look at the boards here and on Ragingbull. I think it is a winner but please do your own D&D
