CC Question about integration of Divicom. They are working on the integration of projects and platforms, but they can only do so much before the acquisition. Not much detail here. AT&T biz was slightly down sequentially last Q. HLIT is in a steady-state purchase situation with ATT. The rest of the biz has taken off. He expects the same pattern in the next year. But... AT&T is under pressure to upgrade from its competitors. Several analysts are very excited about the VOD deal with Telewest. Operating margin expected to stay around 20%. R&D spending will be increased.
