Tom, I spent time today going back and forth with Killen. Their attraction and my attraction to them is their looking at the industry in two ways, EBPP and ESP (Electronic Statement Presentation). They feel that INTF fits in well in both industries but rules the ESP side.

The ESP side of this industry is the one which attracted me, In effect, that is the presentment side of the EBPP model but does not require a reaction, or reply from the end user. As such, it should catch on faster than the EBPP side as it can be used by everyone to "present" statements and other information and used by the end user to receive same. Great savings for the former "mailer" of information, a need faced by all in the financial industries.

Start small, send them the information, then build the rest of the need, reply, information correction, secondary sale revenue generation and advertising "banner" revenues.

Fundamentals rule here and the separation of the industry into ESP and EBPP will make INTF the true Goliath that it is.

Glad you are back on board TLindt. Off to dinner then have to get ready for the snow.
