With:

1. the very rapid adoption of new processes such as copper;
2. the rapid progress to ever smaller feature sizes; and,
3. the rapid expansion of capacity including green field fabs;

I believe that CDN is about to see unprecedented growth.

DPMI in their earnings conference call indicated they're now seeing a ramp up in 0.18æ masks.

Doesn't this imply that those same chipmakers will be upgrading and rolling out their EDA tools to their chip designers?
