This stock has now lost a lot of credibility with the investment community. The CFO said the revenues would be in line but misses by more than 10%.

How could lgto not have warned???? Actually , isn't it better that they didn't ?? I'd rather have a company announce their earnings; good, bad, or indifferent; on earnings release day .. that way I can plan to hedge a position, sell out or take some other defensive action ahead of earnings release .. rather than be 'blind sided' by a randomly announced 'earnings warning' where the small investor is at a huge disadvantage to the institutional trader/investor .. JMHO .. it still sucks .. Jim in CT ..
