Hi Bill: This turnaround in a short 6 months has just got to be case study material for the Harvard School of Business, don't you think? It's way beyond all pre-June 1999 expectations! (except for maybe Scumbria (who is noticeable in his absence today and for whom I will happily buy dinner should I ever have the opportunity to do so!))
