As a Fairfield RE agent I wouldn't expect prices to stay at this level very long. I buy more every pay day!!

Jim,

I am a buyer again at these levels. P/E is way low. Remember that Carnival did serious DD before offering to buy FFD and obviously loved Fairfields present condition and future potential. The reason the deal caved is because THEIR stock dumped. FFD is the leader in its industry and I can't help but believe there is some nice upside from here. JMO...Bama
