Mr. Big and Stocks: You're reading my mind. I think LGTO is a screaming buy at 30, much more so than Lucent at 52. Mr. Big is correct; this is primarily an accounting issue. Their core business and revenue growth remains solid. Problem is, when you sport a high P/E, ANY bad news is greeted with a steep sell-off, particularly if you include the phrase "earnings restatement" in your press release. My opinion, FWIW, is that this stock will behave similarly to NEON. It may have a quick rebound, perhaps up to high 30's; but, if you are patient and willing to hold 6-12 months, this is an easy double from $30.
