Congratulations to all HLIT stockholders! More good news! MGM signs deal with Blockbuster to distribute movies on demand over the internet. The signs are definitely there, of what's to come. I see huge, huge demand for their product in about one year, and it should continue for sometime, as world wide distribution of movies goes out over the internet to every corner of the world. This will be a huge driver for broadband equipment as economies of scale kick in, volumes go up, prices down, until 10 years from now billions of people around the world are connected, and Harmonic is a giant corporation.

Eric, great summary. Let me just say that management was pretty foggy on this quarter's revs. This time of year is typically slow with low visibility according to company. They stated to assume a flat to lower sequential revenues. However, it is good for a company to be conservative in guiding analysts, then pleasantly surprise.

This is not the same period as other periods in the past. New products and new attention that was not here in any other year is now here for HLIT. The talk about broadband over cable is hot and appears to not be showing any signs of abating.

Eric, great report on the Gorilla thread. I thought you pasted it from somewhere else. Very professional.
