(OTCBB: MEMO - news) "The Recognized Leader In Digital Voice Recording", voiceit.com , today announced that at a bankruptcy hearing held yesterday at the Federal bankruptcy court in Denver, Colorado, the Company's proposed plan of liquidation was accepted by creditors and the court. The liquidation order is effective immediately.
