Hi E. You may well be right. I'm just a shellshocked investor making my way through a minefield. Kaplan as well as Ken (who posts here) have been saying for some time that gold will never rally until this bubble bursts. I'm more inclined to believe that than a lot of other opinions. However, I cannot help but wonder about the agenda of those who proclaim gold to be overvalued in this market bubble. It just seems more logical to go with Mundell here, who claims just the opposite, that we are in a period where fiat has never been so overvalued. As for the conspiracy theories, I think that people are at least entitled to a truthful answer to their questions about Greenspans comments on cb's standing ready to lease gold into any rally. It's not like they put those words in his mouth. What did he mean?
