I think I told you about taking my wife to the airport after our last terrible icing a few years ago. Supposedly, they had salted, but highway driving never got above 40, and was sometimes less, and on my way home, my car slid sideways down an exit. I was fortunate, there was no traffic to speak of, so I had a chance to get right before another car came along.Still, you feel pretty helpless losing control like that, even for a couple of minutes.....
