It's not good, for sure, and worth keeping an eye on. Of course, with the huge cash hoard it will have zero effect on their operations for the foreseeable future. I wonder if this isn't due to a shift in their business toward large corporate orders. In my experience, the larger the organization the slower they pay. If so, there would be little they can do about it.
