I thought you'd be watching. Yes indeed I have noted that diluted shares are on a slight increase again since mid-late '98. Frankly I think that they have much more cash & equiv. on their B.S. than what is neccessary for the business (can one have enough cash? <g>... I would think that they will be buying in their stock relatively strongly again if indeed the stock gets cut in a correction.

I guess I just hold on to the shares I already have, not buying more here... For as long as you must have owned them, you could almost be one of their founding fathers :-)

Don,

Your voice of reason falls on deaf ears these days, I'm afraid. The value of LLTC, MXIM, and other stocks bears no relationship to the performance of the individual companies.

Stock valuation today is a matter of supply and demand, but it will not be that way for ever!

BTW, check my profile -- I'm not at Maxim any more!
