Dispersion is in same arena as rotation, but subtle differences

high dispersion points to POTENTIAL for rotation type profiting

Everything looking good except dclk. Jdsu, gstrf++. I got some asml( for a 3/1 split) and tried for some itwo. But am getting too much to be able to say anything useful.I mean, the techs are all up.
Qcom and Jdsu major holdings so are most important.
