They haven't really made any ann0ouncement on it but I believe NWRE is into internet appliances also.

Here's a company I read about in IBD, but noone else seems to have noticed. Electrolux (ELUX).They are offering free washing machines to 7000 households on the Swedish Island of Gotland. First commercialized project within the" Smart Home" concept. Customers will pay per wash via internet etc.Many other projects in the works...this one is out of the experimental stage. I had to call Sweden for more info, but they do have a web page and a NY number (JPMorgan.) 800 4284237. I bought some shares at 46..it went to 54 then back down to about $49. Interesting company...seems to fit in your category here.
