Feb 7th over 150 Million PCLN shares will become unrestricted and free to trade on the open market. The IPO was $16/share.... now that's liquidity. Beam me up Scotty!!

Dave, soon Medibuy (Mbuy) goes public thru Goldman. Now, is it coincidence Mbuy and Healtheon (Hlth) are both Kleiner children? Could that have cemented this deal? >San Diego-based medibuy.com has entered into an agreement with Healtheon/WebMD Corp. to design and operate an electronic-commerce marketplace for the purchase of medical and non-medical supplies by physicians. Educational information will appear on the Web sites of both companies as part of the three-year agreement. Medibuy.com will pay Healtheon/WebMD $45.5 million as part of the deal.
