Hi,

Does anyone get the WSJ? I heard this is in todays under section B. Would someone confirm? I didn't want to copy the whole thing, as I understand it I would be guilty of a felony under SI rules.

Thx,

Bob

Son of Qualcomm?

Is long-struggling Geoworks Inc. turning into another Qualcomm Inc.? The Alameda, Calif., software company failed to popularize its operating system for Web-based mobile phones. But it won a potentially powerful patent on software that allows server computers to rearrange pages of information to fit on the screens of phones and mobile device. Now it wants to get paid.

Nilda,
I am on the fence about this stock as to go long or short. I understand your position, but can you go back and force companies to pay royalties for software that they have been using free for a year already. A company like Phonecom will not want there bottom line affected because now GWRX says they want to get paid. What am I missing here???? I would think once the cats out of the bag you can't put him back in. How can you retroactively collect fees??
