I can't keep up with the RB thread either. I don't know if they've moved or not, I suspect yes. Bruceski would know if you're willing to risk a quick visit over to RB.

Joe. MBHC has moved office to Washington, PA. I stopped in Xmas week on my way to NY. Very impressive office. Very easy to find.
