I have to say I agree with you. Canada is turning to crap in a hurry. As you say who would risk money in Canada when such stupid gov can destroy an otherwise rich find? On the bright side (if you can call it bright) from what I read in the globe and mail, it was pure incompetence that led to the decision. Essentially the minister said I won't approve it till the others do, it won't be me who goes first, I won't be responsible.
