Dear Process Boy: I am responding to you cause I know you work for INTC based on previous posts. Here is what disturbs me about this suit. I believe the faster BUS 133 vs 100 is beneficial to consumers. I know if I wasnt getting Rambus the 133 would be my second choice. With what MSFT is going through now with the US govt. why in the world would INTC want to look like a Monopolist trying to force consumers to use a slower BUS when a better one is available? I dont think they will win this suit and I think they will get a lot of bad publicity out of it. Better to improve their own products. And I am saying this as an INTC shareholder. JDN
