CENTRAXX FILES APPLICATION FOR NASDAQ LISTING Las Vegas, Nevada, January 27, 2000- Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX), a wireless data communications company, announced today that a Nasdaq SmallCap Market application has been submitted to The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. The shares of Centraxx Inc. are currently being publicly traded through the OTC Bulletin Board under symbol "CNXX." Centraxx shares have been available for public trading since May 26, 1999.
