uw (thanks for the Bus post on that other thread, btw), I hear that if you catch the snow birds early in their migration to FL, you can easily sign them up to 5 year snow plowing contracts if you give them a bargain, say $30/month. Your overhead will be very low, and the business risk is minimal. great idea! and i don't have any shopping centers signed up yet. i need salesmen desperately...paying 50% commission. come on down. also, i have been thinking of selling snowplow franchises for the keys.
