Unfortunately, I trade in the Yankee markets, which means 2:30 pm till 9:00 pm for me. Mind you, they have a few twists available for the UK markets, i.e. a betting service for shares which means no capital gains taxes (on any bets), and a brokerage (www.deal4free.com) where you don't actually buy or sells shares but rather a contract for such, commission free and instantaneous executions (no routing to the market makers). When they get options up to my liking I will switch to the UK markets.
