Who is the Painewebber analyst? Neutral? Well, there should be upgrades from some other analysts -- unless they get scared off by Intel's tactics of trying to compete in the courtroom when they can't in the market place. Intel really is quite a disgusting company. They are going to turn the whole world against them.
