Earnings shortfall?! .11 vs consensus of .19?

More like lying about the shortfall. Redoing previous Q's because they lied about those "shortfalls", and now using smoke and mirrors to describe future Q's.

Strong Buy.

Even though I think that they should have pre-announced I tend to agree with you. Good stock in the long run IMO.

My experience is when you have a company that cooked the books and got caught, you have a management team with no ethics....In the long run, you lose. I would flip it and wait until the new management takes over and cleans up the mess....where there is smoke, there is fire...I would be shocked if more bad news didn't surface. Look at Informix...same movie...bad ending

I've been wanting to get into this sector for a while, and am thinking of taking a position today, as its currently trading around $30. I think I'm on top of the reporting issue (if any of us can be, mgt credibility now being called into question.)

My greater concern at this point is how LGTO competes with Veritas -- specifically the new Veritas product that supposedly targets LGTO. Is anyone on the thread able to evaluate the competing products and give some insight as to whether Veritas poses a threat to reduce LGTO's earnings or growth rate this year?

If LGTO can maintain its projected growth rate, then this looks like a bargain to me.

TIA

Andy
