Could this be the Global Rhodium coated bead that has
resell value?

Maybe in their recent attempts of getting ready for the
plant they discovered they didn't need the plant.

And they could easily throw away [forfeit] the $150,000
or more because the "bead process" will make the 81 billion?

If I was the plant maker I might be looking for the money.
