Kash, The thing is the FTC can act very quickly and without hearing from both sides and then once ruled then US customs halts at the border.
The FTC has the history of acting without hearing the other side on this and once ruled then then tend let it stand until the court case wends it's way through the courts.
An interesting thing.
Of course the rest of the world will ignore it and they will buy the chips and Intel will have the USA as a high priced enclave....but the ROW is getting bigger and the USA is getting saturated.
MOBO makers who lose a lawsuit with intel will tend to hate intel.
