Re:The problem is Intel always aims for the leg.

In this litigious country where the various watchdog arms of the government, let alone crazed individuals who enjoy bringing suits, Intel is faced with a minefield of cosmic proportions as it deals with AMD. Any action that is adjudged "unfair" (term to defined after the fact) can be used to skewer Intel bigtime. Ask Microsoft, which is about to be carved into pieces to satisfy a profoundly flawed legal case (though Microsoft's defense was less than stellar). So Intel cannot aim for the heart. That is the road to courtroom ruin by some government attorney who wants to make a big name for him/herself. Nor the leg. A few toes maybe.

Good point.

Maybe they should "raise their sights".
